Through the use of TOPAC (Total Patrol Concept), highly trained Public Safety Officers and our DirectConnect program with local law enforcement agencies, Horizon West Public Safety is unique in tailoring and delivering superior Public Safety services in Horizon West.​​​
Horizon West Public Safety staff is comprised of veterans, law enforcement officers and public safety specialists with over 25 years of experience in Public Safety.
